I’m sorry you were unhappy with the neutral feedback I left for you. I only did that because I’m so very non-confrontational. I didn’t want everyone to know how greatly disappointed I was in the poor quality of your product (or the fact that it was a whole week late). How embarrassing that would have been for you! So, I left a neutral with a small “thanks.” After all, my daddy always said,

“if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.”

I thought “thanks” was fairly nice and neutral. I must say, your neutral feedback to me was bordering on virulent. Hmmm…I do believe I will NEVAH buy from you again. I said that with a southern accent, in case you were wondering.
