Imagine my surprise this morning while perusing my twitter feed. I discovered that today is National Biscuit and Gravy Day! Since we had biscuits for breakfast yesterday, I simply toasted the leftovers and made a delicious milk gravy to go along with them. Fry up some bacon, ham or sausage on the side and you’ll have a delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner for today.
